for accommodation

CANCELLATION OUTSIDE TRADE FAIR TIMES:

    Room cancellations Individual reservations for up to 10 rooms are free of charge until 6 p.m. on the day of arrival - after that, according to our terms and conditions, 90% of the room costs will be charged. Room cancellations Individual reservations of 10 rooms or more, the hotel reserves the right to communicate the cancellation deadlines in writing with the offer/confirmation - after that, 90% of the room costs will be charged according to our terms and conditions.

CANCELLATION AT TRADE FAIR TIMES:

   Room cancellations Individual reservations for up to 10 rooms are free of charge until 6 p.m. 7 days before arrival. The hotel reserves the right to extend the cancellation deadlines depending on the number of trade fairs/bookings and to communicate this in writing in the offer/confirmation - after that, 90% of the room costs will be charged according to our terms and conditions. Room cancellations Individual reservations for 10 or more rooms are free of charge until 6 p.m. 4 weeks before arrival. The hotel reserves the right to extend the cancellation deadlines depending on the number of trade fairs/bookings and to communicate this in writing in the offer/confirmation - after that, 90% of the room costs will be charged according to our terms and conditions.

 CANCELLATION POLICY Rooms in connection with an EVENT/MEETING Booked rooms in connection with an event/conference are free of charge up to 6 p.m. 8 weeks before arrival. The hotel reserves the right to extend the cancellation deadlines depending on the number of bookings and to communicate this in writing in the offer/confirmation - after this, 90% of the room costs will be charged according to our terms and conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY BUS GROUPS from 20 rooms: A free cancellation after booking is possible up to 45 days before arrival, after that the following cancellation periods apply: -Up to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount -Up to 20 days before arrival: 60% of the total amount -Up to 10 days before arrival: 90% of the total amount -Partial cancellations of up to a maximum of 3 rooms are free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.

  • As a rule, the room is ready for occupancy by 3 p.m. at the latest. On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the room by 11 a.m.
  • Room cancellations or room reductions must be made in writing.

Our terms and conditions
for conferences and events

  • We welcome the opportunity to organise your conference or meeting on the booked date(s). Should you need to cancel your event, this can be done at no charge up to 8 weeks before the date of the event.
  • If we are unable to re-let the booked conference room, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.
  • Please notify us of the final number attending the meeting 3 days before the start of the event. The final number shall serve as the basis for billing.
  • If the number of attendees at the meeting changes, we reserve the right to change the meeting room initially booked.
  • We cannot rule out the possibility of more than one company in the same business sector holding a meeting in the hotel at the same time.
  • Cancellation of a meeting, or a reduction in the number of attendees, must be made in writing.
  • Our invoices are payable 8 days after receipt without deduction.
