Our terms and conditions
for accommodation

  • Room cancellations for a single reservation can be made at no charge up to 18:00 on the day of arrival (excluding during exhibition times and for reservations of 10 rooms or more). For cancellations after this time, we reserve the right to charge the following cancellation fee in accordance with the regulations of the German Hotel and Restaurant Association (DEHOGA): 90% of the cost of the overnight stay
  • Rooms are normally available at the latest from 15:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly request our guests to vacate the room by 11:00.
  • Cancellation of a reservation, or part of a reservation, must be made in writing.

Our terms and conditions
for conferences and events

  • We welcome the opportunity to organise your conference or meeting on the booked date(s). Should you need to cancel your event, this can be done at no charge up to 8 weeks before the date of the event.
  • If we are unable to re-let the booked conference room, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee in accordance with the regulations of the German Hotel and Restaurant Association (DEHOGA).
  • Please notify us of the final number attending the meeting 24 hours before the start of the event. The final number shall serve as the basis for billing.
  • If the number of attendees at the meeting changes, we reserve the right to change the meeting room initially booked.
  • We cannot rule out the possibility of more than one company in the same business sector holding a meeting in the hotel at the same time.
  • Cancellation of a meeting, or a reduction in the number of attendees, must be made in writing.
  • Our invoices are payable 8 days after receipt without deduction.
